We do not have a retail store. We are strictly a mail-order, trade-show and internet operation. 95% of the marketing, ordering and fulfillment phases have been automated -- which means we can pass the savings on to YOU!!

Do you have a catalog?
Because our selections change so frequently, we do not offer printed catalogs. Our website features all of the products that we offer. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns with regard to any particular item.

Do you offer discounts to dancers or clubs?
Once an established account has been set up, we do offer promotions for dancers and club owners. If you belong to, or promote for, an organization, club, or any other type of adult entertainment industry, please ask the host/owner to contact us for a unique group discount code.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship via the USA and Canada only on credit card transactions. Due to complications in customs, and a few dishonest orders, we must decline credit card orders in other countries. We will gladly accept an international money order if your order is approved by us. Email us for details if you wish to proceed with an order via money order.

How much do you charge for shipping?
In order to simplify shipping charges, we charge based on zipcodes (USA) for orders under $150. A Canadian surcharge of $15.00 will apply to orders shipped to Canada and will be billed separately.

How long will it take to receive my merchandise?
Orders are processed within 48 hours on business days in the order in which they are received. Most orders arrive within 7 business days depending on stock and availability. *Back Orders or Out of Stock Items* Once in a while something may be out of stock, or on back order. If you have placed an order for merchandise that is not on hand, we will notify you directly and provide details on delivery timeframes, offer some possible substitutes and discuss options.

Do you offer overnight delivery?
We will gladly check stock and discuss alternate shipping methods (if available) once an order is placed. Please email us with your order number and we will discuss alternate shipping methods. We cannot guarantee stock and/or availability until the order is placed. If we are unable to meet your needs at that time, your order will be cancelled if requested by you.
